I love Tea

        I love Tea, most specially Green Tea for me it suits my daily needs. According to research, less caffeine and more healthful properties - has long been known for its immune system benefits and anti-oxidant powers. Drinking green tea may also help to prevent tooth decay and bad breath. They say that "chemicals in tea can destroy bacteria and viruses, and it is possible that adding tea extracts to toothpaste and mouthwash". They say: "that tea is a great alternative to coffee drinker because it has less caffeine, and the compounds of tea-flavonoids are good for the heart and may reduce cancer". More thing about tea it contains about 50% less caffeine than coffee, making it a great alternative to those that are sensitive to caffeine intake. There are five kinds of tea known Green tea, Black tea, White tea, Oolong tea, Pu-erh tea. Indian tea is the world's most consumed tea! It is also the world's largest tea producer, with an estimated 850,000 tons of tea being processed each year! (wow!) So those who haven't tried tea start drinking now and make it a habit, it will do wonders in your life.

Tips to Stay Beautiful Within Budget

         Want to stay beautiful and yet out of budget?  I can help you, here are some tips to stay beautiful and yet wont hurt your pockets. We will use natural stuff that can easily find around us...like calamansi, sugar, egg etc.

• Calamansi is known for whitening properties.  Slice a calamansi or a lemon (if available) then rub in on the part of your body that you want to whitens, like elbows, knees, armpit and  etc. 
• (Tawas) white crystal mineral (Potassium Aluminum Sulfate) it whitens also it even remove body odor in feet, armpit and skin rashes.  In  face and armpit, choose the smooth part of the Tawas, wet tawas and gently rub in to your face or armpit (remember gently it will hurt skin or create scratch if not use gently while rubbing).  In body  rashes or foot odor, dissolve tawas in luke-warm water and pour into the body after bath or you can soak your feet before pouring it to the body and don't rinse let it dry.  It is safe for allergies because its natural.
• Facial scrub using sugar with olive oil;   Mixed sugar and small amount of olive oil and gently scrub your face.  It will scrub out all dead skin cells on your face.
• Egg,  you can use the white part of the egg and spread it to your face and let it dry then rinse.  It will help you lift your sagging skin on your face.
• Drink a lot of water at least 8 to 10 glasses a day,  It will keep your skin healthy and keep you detoxified.
• And lastly the most effective one to feel beautiful and confident enough, we should always take a bath regularly and change our inner wear and please always wear fresh clothes.  I suggest take a bath twice in able for us to feel fresh and to prevent having a body odor.

Fruit Shake

     Were heading on summer, this fruit shake my favorite stuff when I go to mall.  Its was really burst of fresh fruits...You can actually choose variety of fresh fruits available to the booth.  Mine's favorite was four season its the combination of mango, melon, orange and pineapple.  Its very delicious not to mention it is very healthy too, and the taste was so watery in mouth.  "Fruits For Thought" at the back of the label of there drinking cup, just a trivia.  "Strawberry a good refreshing cleanses for the whole body.  Orange helps in cleaning up your digestive system.  Melon a gentle laxative that stimulates action on the intestines.  Watermelon stimulates the appetite, while cleansing the bladder and kidneys.  Apple helps relieve indigestion, keeps the cholesterol stable and suppress the appetite.  Banana an excellent aid in digestion.  Mango gives energy, vitality and promotes healthy skin.  Papaya an energy booster that stimulates the appetite and cleanses the internal organs.  Pineapple aids in the digestion of protein.  Grape an excellent metabolism stimulator".  That also feeds my mind!:D

"Cyber Deep"

         I want to share this poem and I wonder how could this so-called Cyber Love grow into mature love relationship and some of them last through lifetime.  I was really fascinated with these two people found each other and make them last.  Some of them have same culture and race but meet in cyber;  some of them totally differ in race differ in culture but they do understand each other very well.  Yea...it must be really Love, Love really works in very mysterious way who can understand it...only the people who's in to it.  I love you Besy (Best friend) this one's for you! :D

Falling Inlove

            Falling in love with someone is a great feeling specially young love.  It's so aggressive and feels like you're in cloud nine...(giggles).  I forget that feeling...but when I see beautiful love story I can still reminiscent.  I wonder what love really means, they say Love is sacrifice forgetting oneself for the sake of one's you love;  Some made their sacred vows in front of altar later they ended up apart;  Some don't make vows but, lasted;  Fairy-tale's say at the end of the story "and they live happily ever after";  Is there really such things as happy ending?  I wonder how?  Because everybody will die...so how can it be that there are such thing as happy ending?  But Bible says: "I Corinthians 13:4-7  Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud;   Love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;  Love does not keep a record of wrongs;  Love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth;   Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail".  Hmm I love this verse it seems that it is always good to be in-love...You give it without any expecting in return.  I've realize... I should never be afraid of falling in-love over and over again, I must keep loving and feel free to be loved.   Anyway we only live once, it is better to love again and be loved than nothing at all.

Love Month

        Finally love is in the air love month fever.  Lots of decoration now obviously around especially in the malls, hotels, motels, etc.  Even restaurant's having there different promo and packages. Its so nice to see couples hanging around together most specially in park,  you can actually feel the air...hmm...love.  Ohh its a good thing to feel in-love specially when the one you love gives love back...well well well it doesn't matter if your in-love or not this coming heart day what matter is that you are contented on what you have.

Does My Mother Love Me?

     Today I would like to share a sad story.  I've heard it early this morning,  honestly it breaks my heart as a mother with a daughter to protect.  And this story is not a good one to start a new year.  A 16 years old girl was raped by her stepped father.  All of the sudden this young girl was afraid to tell anyone specially her mother because she is afraid that her mother might choose his stepfather rather than choosing her.  And time had come that she was afraid of...her mother learned what happen.  But upon knowing the story about her daughter, her mother slap her (take note the mother slap her daughter not the one who did raped her daughter) and just cried but didn't do anything to sue or to get her stepped father in jail.  And one thing more so wicked, her mother chooses her stepped father and acted like there's nothing happens to her.  It really turned my heart into pieces hearing this story.  I thought this kind of story might just happen in a tele-novela or in a movie,  but it sucks...it really happen in real life.  Ive pity in this child so much, but I cant do anything in it;  because her owned mother which supposed to fight for her right was the one who tolerates the rapist of her own child.  Maybe she is so in-love with this guy that even in this case she choose him...what a stunning love (sarcasm).  I hope this saying would come into her mind that "she can have a husband or lover as many as she can, but a child whom she bore in her womb for 9 months will not replace in anything in this world".  I do not judge this kind of mother...maybe she has her reason valid, but whatever it is,  i will not understand.
